I love Silence. This book goes into much farther depth. 6 Examples is the best thing, how ever your life is, some how or other you will be able to relate to one of these 6 examples. As you relate, you learn more, get more involved! This author has written in a style it attracts people to go involve in to words and sentences absorbing the meaning!
The methods told in this book works, I know it as I followed similar things in the past and now excited to include steps from this book into my routine as well!
I recommend this for anyone who needs light in their life!
I'm sitting here right now and don't know where to start. There is a lot contained in the pages of this book. It will take some time to take it all in. This book makes you think about things you've not thought of in a long time. I'm closer to the end then the beginning (at least I hope so)of my life and look at it very differently then in the past. Reading this book was first started to return the favor to the author of reading my book and placing a review here and then I would put a review in on his book. I'm doing that but with the appreciation that I will go back to this book and reread sections I feel will help me with my "Journey". Thank you kind Sir. You've made my evening a much richer experience for having spent some time with you. RECOMMEND BUY
Enjoyed reading this little book. Many of the "discovery" ideas are well known, but putting them in a context of various people in differing cultures actually made me pause and absorb the suggestions more fully.
I think I'll go back and take some notes. These are ideas to paste on the mirror and live with for a few weeks.
